Welcome to megg88. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to all persons who access, register on, or use the megg88 platform accessible at megg88.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service"). The Platform is operated by megg88 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and megg88 in relation to the subject matter herein.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Term	Meaning
"Account"	The individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
"Balance"	The total funds held in a Player's Account, including deposits, winnings, and any credited bonuses, less amounts wagered or withdrawn.
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a megg88 promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
"Games"	Any casino games, table games, live dealer games, slot games, lottery products, arcade games, and sports betting markets made available through the Platform.
"Player"	Any individual who has registered a valid Account on the Platform and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
"Platform"	The megg88 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated software or services operated at megg88.cam.
"Real Money Funds"	Funds deposited by the Player through accepted payment methods, excluding Bonus Funds.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
"MYR" / "RM"	Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported for transactions on the Platform.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. megg88 strictly prohibits persons under the age of 21 from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register an Account.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
4. You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where your use of the Platform would constitute a violation of applicable law.
5. You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of megg88, or an immediate family member of such a person, without prior written consent from the Company.
6. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or any group platform operated by megg88.
7. You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was terminated by megg88 for breach of these Terms, unless the Company has expressly reinstated your eligibility in writing.

4.1 Registration Process

Each eligible person may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. megg88 performs identity verification ("KYC") as part of the registration process and prior to processing any withdrawal.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. You agree to notify megg88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

megg88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, shall be attributed to you unless you have previously notified megg88 of a security breach in accordance with this clause.

4.3 Account Currency

Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) by default. All deposit and withdrawal transactions processed through supported Malaysian payment methods — including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank — are settled in MYR without currency conversion fees imposed by megg88.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting megg88 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

megg88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, bank transfers, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). The availability of any specific payment method may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Transaction limits for VIP and loyalty-tier Players may differ as set out in the applicable tier schedule.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require the Player to provide supporting documentation before approval. megg88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5 to 60 minutes for DuitNow and FPX transactions during standard operating hours. Processing times for other methods may vary. megg88 reserves the right to delay processing in instances of suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, or regulatory investigation.

5.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds on the Platform, you represent and warrant that all funds you deposit are lawfully obtained and that you are their legitimate owner or authorised user. megg88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations and may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your Account.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by megg88 are subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount. Contributions from different game types towards the wagering requirement may vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

megg88 monitors Accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets to exploit wagering requirements, using software or bots to systematically exploit promotions, or coordinating with other Players to abuse offers. Any Player found to be engaging in such conduct will have their Bonus Funds voided, any resultant winnings forfeited, and their Account suspended or permanently closed.

6.4 Referral Programme

Players who participate in the megg88 referral programme agree that referral bonuses are only payable upon successful registration and first qualifying deposit by the referred party. Both the referring Player and the referred Player must meet all eligibility requirements. megg88 reserves the right to withhold referral bonuses if the referred Account is found to be a duplicate or associated Account.

6.5 Loyalty & VIP Programme

Participation in the megg88 loyalty tier programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, VIP) is subject to the programme terms as published on the Platform. Loyalty tier status, points, and associated benefits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the Platform. megg88 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, or discontinue the programme with reasonable notice to affected Players.

7.1 Placing Wagers

All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. You acknowledge that you place wagers voluntarily and accept the relevant odds, rules, and game mechanics as displayed at the time of placing the wager. megg88 is not liable for errors in bet placement made by the Player.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules as provided by the game developer or live studio. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term values provided by certified game providers and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of winnings in any individual session.

7.3 Void Bets & Technical Errors

megg88 reserves the right to void any wager affected by a software malfunction, data feed error, communication failure, or technical fault that materially affects the integrity of the wager. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. megg88 is not obligated to honour winnings arising from a technical error that resulted in an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.

7.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events, are governed by megg88's Sportsbook Rules as published on the Platform. These rules address settlement procedures, early cash-out, abandoned events, and dispute resolution for sports wagers.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point of identity verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account or exploiting security vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games or tournament play.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first contacting megg88 to resolve the dispute.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or through the use of a third party's identity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law, using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention method to disguise your location.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's servers, networks, or databases.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of megg88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

megg88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools; or use the megg88 brand, logo, or trademarks without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws, which may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. megg88 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of information provided, or the results of your use of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, megg88 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

megg88 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, internet outages, government actions, or third-party service provider failures.

megg88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where megg88 reasonably believes:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activity.
• The Account is associated with bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency has directed megg88 to restrict the Account.
• There are reasonable grounds to believe the Player is under 21 years of age.

Upon termination for cause, megg88 may withhold any Bonus Funds and any winnings arising from prohibited conduct. Where funds are withheld, megg88 will provide a written explanation to the Player and retain records in accordance with its compliance obligations. Real Money Funds not tainted by prohibited conduct will be returned following the completion of any investigation.

megg88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, all of which are accessible from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month.

megg88 will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to unaffiliated third parties without your consent, except where required to do so by law, regulation, or court order, or where necessary to provide the services you have requested (for example, sharing transaction data with payment processors such as Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, or FPX operators to facilitate deposits and withdrawals).

megg88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, megg88 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or a prominent on-Platform notification, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. megg88 recommends that you check this page each time you access the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which megg88 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and megg88 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting megg88 customer support. megg88 will acknowledge your complaint and endeavour to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to any dispute resolution body or regulatory authority with jurisdiction over megg88's operations. megg88 will cooperate with any such authority in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations.

15.3 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
